1. Specify the desired service when making a request.
2. Inform our staff of any allergies to chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
3. While receiving a service, provide feedback or comments to help our staff meet your requirements immediately.
4. Notify the staff or salon manager promptly of any concerns related to the salon, staff, or services.
5. Report immediately if you experience any infections or abnormal reactions concerning your nails.
6. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times the salon is not responsible for accidents Involving children during treatment.
7. The salon holds no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings during treatments.
8. Avoid consuming food or drinks during your treatment.
9. Clients are responsible for adhering to all salon guidelines to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience.
10. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Kindly notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Please remember, nails are Jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
1. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
2. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair.
3. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
4. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and comer breaks will incur charges.
5. We will not be responsible for any broken or infected nails after you leave the salon.
No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. Once you've walked out the salon door, it signifies your acceptance and satisfaction with the provided nail service.
1. If you are not happy with your nails, please inform us before making payment. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
2. No refund will be given simply due to a change of mind.
3. We will correct any service at no cost to you, provided that you immediately inform us after we have performed the service and express dissatisfaction with the quality of the work.
4. Gift Card Are Non-Refundable and can't be exchange for cash.
Aftercare Responsibility: Clients are responsible for following recommended aftercare instructions provided by the salon to maintain the longevity and quality of the service.
Individual Reactions: While the salon takes precautions, individual reactions to products cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the salon of any adverse reactions during or after the service. The salon will work to address and resolve such concerns promptly.
